By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following policy terms. Please review all the details carefully before making a purchase.

 

  • **Returns**

- You may return items within 15 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
- All items marked as "Final Sale" and items included in "Special Promotions or Sale" are NOT eligible for return, exchange, or refund. These items are sold as-is and cannot be returned for any reason. Items labeled as "Final Sale" are clearly indicated on the product page and during checkout. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
PLEASE NOTE: iAMMI is not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged during the return process. 

 

  • **Exchanges**
  • We provide a store credit for customers to exchange items or purchase a different product.
    - Each customer's purchase is limited to ONE exchange per order. Please reach out for assistance to get the best fit.

 

HOW TO SUBMIT RETURN REQUEST:


Click the Account link in the store's menu, or go to the return/exchange policy or Need to return page, and then request a return.

  1. Log in to your account using this link ➡ Account Page:
    • In the “Email” field, enter your email address, and then click “Continue”.
    • In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    • Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  2. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
  3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  5. Click "Request return".

If your return request is approved, then you receive an email with shipping instructions. After the product is returned and inspected, the store credit will be issued to your account.

 

**Store Credit:**
- Store credit will be issued only.
- The processing of store credit can take up to 10 business days from the date we receive and inspect the returned item.
