When will my order Ship?
We Ship Monday’s- Wednesdays & Fridays. If your order comes in on that day before 12noon. It will Ship off same Day. We ship through UPS 2-3 Day Shipping.
MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR I DIDN’T GET IT & IT SAIDS DELIVERED ,WHAT TO I DO?
We know things happen but unfortunately we aren’t responsible for lost or stolen packages. All customers receive tracking and carrier information which can be used to track your package or to contact the carrier directly to file a claim for a lost or stolen package. Customers are responsible for filing lost or stolen claims with the carrier. Lionne Clothing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and does not file any claims on behalf of the customer.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You have 30 days to return , meaning we have to receive within the 30 days of your delivery date, for returns We issue a exchange/Store credit only. Refunds are not available. Customer is responsible for shipping fees for return.
