This means our team begins preparing your order as soon as it is confirmed. Due to this, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. **Returns:**
- You may return items within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
**Exchanges:**
- We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value.
- Exchanges are subject to availability.
- Each customer's purchase is limited to two exchanges per order. Please reach out for assistance to get the best fit.
**How to Exchange/Return:**
1. To initiate a return/exchange, follow these steps:
- Repackage your item securely.
- Include a copy of your order number and reason for return/exchange.

- No signature required or needed. We will receive all packages at our door once we return to the office.
2. Keep your tracking number for reference.
**Store Credit:**
- Store credit will be issued only.
- The processing of store credit can take up to 10 business days from the date we receive and inspect the returned item.
