By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following policy terms. Please review all details carefully before purchasing.

Returns

Items may be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery.

Items must be in original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

 

All items marked Final Sale or included in Special Promotions or Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. These items are sold as is and are clearly marked on the product page and at checkout. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.


Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. iAMMI does not provide prepaid return labels and is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during the return process.


Exchanges


Exchanges are issued as store credit only.

Each order is limited to one exchange. Please contact us prior to returning to ensure proper fit and availability.

 

Shipping and Store Credit Terms


Free shipping is offered on original orders over $99 only.

 

All return shipping and reshipment shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Store credit applies to merchandise only and cannot be used toward return shipping, reshipping, or delivery fees.


How to Submit a Return Request


Log into your account through the Account page.

Request a return for the applicable order and item.

Once approved, you will receive return instructions via email.

After the item is received and inspected, store credit will be issued within up to 10 business days.

Store credit is issued only.

Store credit is non refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash or shipping, and may be used toward merchandise only. All return and reshipment shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
